We had a wonderful time working with Melissa! She helped us back in the spring of 2020 when COVID shut everything down. Despite the added stress from the shutdown, the process honestly was not bad at all. She made sure to check in every once in a while to give us an update and it really made buying our first home enjoyable. She even came to visit about a year later to check in and see how everything was going. She seems to genuinely care about her customers which was really nice.
